First time doing a soundtrack: Detour
A French friend of mine in Germany is a director named Arthury Henry. He approched me about doing the soundtrack to his short film called Detour. It's a dystopian future, sci-fi story. I used a bunch of tape manipulation methods and combinations of effects untis and noise makers to essentially play the soundtrack live with the movie and edit it later. Also, Dutch violinist Karin Van Kooten added meloncholic textures on top giving it a pretty somber feel.
