For those of you who are new new, this is v2 of the social network group. It broke my heart when I learned that the one I had set up would have to die if I wanted to move it, which I did. The first layout had this social network part on the homepage. I decided I wanted the news feed on the front, and to have this part isolated. Again--thoughts are welcome!
Anyway, it broke my heart to see the posts die because there was some gold, man. @Bill McGuire, @jmccoy, and @thruoutin were incredible with the first images and thoughts on the site. Sorry, guys. I didn't mean to.

Question---Should I create more groups, like Facebook groups, and should this one stay like the "general" one? And if so, what are the other groups?
ie: DIY, Buchla, Max, Hybrid Systems, local shows, etc, etc
Hi Johno, I am not familiar with your previous social network and also would be the first to acknowledge I am only a casual social network user with most of my experience with Instagram, my local electronic music club ModCaf's Discord channel and Sarah Belle Reid@s social network for those who take her courses. What they do have in common is a number of separate areas to post items in for example Gear, Technique, Your own music/videos, Other artists music/videos, live performances, Other (articles/books/videos/podcasts etc. others might find interesting). I was thinking for example of posting an item on one of my favourite modules and saying why and how I use it. Hope this is useful. Cheers, Alan
